Fujian Hongda Special Steel Co., Ltd. is situated in Wendu Industrial Zone of Wenzhou Park, Fuding City, Fujian Province of China. At the foot of beautiful Taimu Mountain which is a national tourist scenic spot, with pleasant view and convenient traffic.

公司前身是创立于1986年的温州铸钢阀门有限公司，为扩大企业发展，适应市场发展的需要，公司投入大笔资金在福建重建，并于2004年正式投产。公司占地面积100000平方米，建筑面积80000平方米，总投资2.5亿人民币，拥有职员500多名。是浙闽地区最大的铸件、锻件及钢锭生产基地之一，成为一家集炼钢、铸造、锻造、机械加工为一体的综合性大型企业。产品畅销国内外，深受广大中外客商一致好评。

The predecessor of the company is Wenzhou Casting Steel Valve Co., Ltd. which was established in 1986. In order to expand the development of the enterprise and meet the need of market economy, the company invested large sums to rebuild a new foundry in Fujian, and went into production in 2004 formally. The company covers an area of 100000 square meters with building area of 80,000 square meters, total investment of RMB 250 million, more than 500 employees. It’s one of the largest production bases of casting, forging and steel ingot,and it has been developed to a large comprehensive enterprise which collected steel-smelting, casting, forging and mechanical processing into a whole in Fujian and Zhejiang currently. Products sale well in domestic and foreign markets, have received extensive praise from home and abroad.

主要设备：炼钢分厂：25吨冶炼电弧炉、25吨LF钢包精炼炉、25吨真空脱气VD炉、15吨电阻炉各一台；铸造分厂：全自动的1.5万吨碱性酚醛树脂砂铸造流水线两条，2吨中频电炉6台，各类烘烤装置数台，台车式翻斗电阻炉2台，煤气发生炉三台，全纤维式退火炉3台并配套大型园图自动平衡记录仪，拥有30吨、10吨、5吨等粗、精抛设备数台；锻造分厂：不同吨位的空气锤、电液锤及电渣炉共13台，煤气发生器2台；机加工分厂：￠4.2m立车1台，￠2.5m立车2台，各类镗床、铣床。

Main Equipment:

Steel-making Branch: one 25-Ton Smelt Electric Arc Furnace, one 25-Ton LF Ladle Refining Furnace, one 25-Ton Vacuum Degassing Furnace and one 15-Ton Resistance Furnace; 

Casting Branch: two fully automatic 15000-Ton Alkalinephenolic Phenol-formaldehyde sand casting production lines, six 2-Ton Medium Frequency Induction Furnaces, several Baking Fittings for different types, two Transfer Table Skip Electric Resistance Furnaces, three Gas Generator Furnaces, three All-fiber Annealing Furnaces with large-scale discal Self-balancing Recorder, several Shot Blasting Machines with 30-Ton/10-Ton/5-Ton and so on; 

Forging Branch: totally 13 machines of Air Hammer,Electro-hydraulic Hammer and Electroflux Refining Furnace with different ton levels, two Gas Generators;

Machining Branch: one ￠4.2m and two￠2.5m Vertical Lathes, various types of Boring Machine and Milling Machine.

主要检测设备有德国GS1000型真空直读光谱仪、192 Ir探伤拍片机、MT荧光磁粉探伤仪、CDG-10000型/20000型微控荧光磁粉探伤机2台、WEW-600B万能拉力试验机、JB-300摆锤式冲击试验机，UTM-102 超声波探伤仪，测厚仪，硬度计等，并配套专业理化实验室和手工化分室对原辅材料及产品进行质量鉴定。

Main testing equipment: GS1000 Vacuum Direct-reading Spectrometer, 192 Ir Radiography Defectoscope, MT Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Defectoscope, two CDG-10000 /20000 PC Digital Control Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Testing Machines, WEW-600B Versatile Mechanical-property Tensile-testing Machine, JB-300 Pendulum-type Impact Machine. UTM-102 Ultrasonic Tester, Thickness Tester, Hardness Tester and so on. Also supporting one professional physical and chemical laboratory and one manual physical and chemical testing room to identify the quality of auxiliary material,raw material and products. 

主要产品类型有：20吨以下钢锭产品；30吨以下碳钢、低温钢、合金钢及3.5吨以下不锈钢、双相钢等阀门和矿机类铸件产品以及10吨以下板材和圆钢锻件。其产品畅销美国、德国、法国、巴西、西班牙及国内市场，获得广大客商的一致好评。

Main product type: steel ingot below 20-ton; Valve and mine fittings below 30-ton carbon steel / low temperature steel / alloy steel and below 3.5 ton stainless steel / dual phase steel; sheet steel and circular steel forging below 10-ton. Products sale well in The United States, Germany, France, Brazil, Spain and the domestic market, and received extensive praise.
